A frozen raspberry, mint and lime mocktail—perfect for booze-free summer days and nights during the holidays!

Ingredient

Serves 2

  • 200g frozen raspberries
  • 60ml (2 shots) Soda Press Co. raspberry & mint organic soda syrup
  • 60ml (2 shots) lime juice
  • 60ml (2 shots) sugar syrup
  • 30-60ml (1-2 shots) water, just to get a creamy consistency
  • Pinch chilli flakes

To top: SodaStream sparkling water

To garnish: lime wheel & mint leaves

Glass: Martini glass

Method

In a food processor, blend together the frozen raspberries, Soda Press Co. Indian raspberry and mint organic soda syrup, lime juice, sugar syrup, water and chilli flakes.

Pour into two martini glasses. Top with a dash of SodaStream sparkling water for a little bit of fizz. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaves.

Give it a gentle stir, then drink immediately.
