Recipe: Rosé sangria with nectarine, blood orange and raspberries

Your new favourite sangria—the perfect blend of rosé, fresh nectarine, blood orange and raspberries, with a kick of sweet brandy!

Ingredients

Makes 1 jug

  • 2 x 750ml bottles rosé, chilled
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • ½ cup brandy
  • 2-4  tablespoons sugar syrup
  • 1 nectarine, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, pitted
  • 1 blood orange, sliced
  • To top: SodaStream sparkling water

Glass: big cocktail carafe

Method

Half fill the carafe with ice. Pour the rosé, lime juice, brandy and sugar syrup into the carafe. Gently stir. Add the peach, raspberries and blood orange.

Top with SodaStream sparkling water. Serve immediately with tumblers or wine glasses filled with ice.
