Waffles are a breakfast favourite…or at least they’re my favourite.
Across Canberra, you can enjoy them in a variety of ways, from bubbly and soft to crunchy and savoury. Here are six to seek out.

With the tagline ‘life’s short. Eat the waffles’, you can’t say no. And it’s healthy too!
Alongside their sweet waffle option, Maple + Clove offers a savoury waffle made with wholemeal spelt, zucchini and sweet corn served with smoked salmon, smashed avocado, and poached eggs.
