It was big week in fashion here in the nation’s capital so we tasked our fashion editor Hayley O’Neill with finding the best dressed at Fashfest this year. Here are her top picks…

Hayley says, “This outfit is so fun, it makes you happy to look at it with the combination of rainbows, horses and bright colours. She even made her own headpiece with edible popcorn!”
