Sephora is coming to Canberra Centre—and they’ve finally announced the date!

It’s the news that Canberra cosmetics and skincare addicts have been waiting for—global beauty giant Sephora is coming to town!
We spy with our beauty-obsessed eye, a post on the Canberra Centre Instagram officially announcing the launch date for Sephora and we haven’t been this excited since Mecca Maxima opened nearly five years ago.
And while two Mecca stores in Canberra certainly keep our cosmetics and skincare appetites well sated, there are some brands that remain elusively out of reach—but not for much longer.
According to the post (below), the new store is set to open on Thursday 25 August, which means we will be enjoying cult brands like Fenty Beauty, Pat McGrath Labs, Rare Beauty, Natasha Denona, Huda Beauty, and Anastasia Beverly Hills in just a few weeks!

But that’s not even the best bit (we know—shocking). On opening day the party will not disappoint. From 7 am until 9 am, guests can expect exciting influencer appearances, a live DJ, beauty stations, thousands of samples, and merchandise—including the Sephora Exclusive Natasha Denona, Love Eyeshadow Palette valued at $100 which will be gifted to the first 500 in line.
Best start making room in your bathroom cabinet, this can’t be missed.
