The Ski Lodge is open at Canberra Centre and it’s snow adorable

As Canberra slides into peak winter festive season (why live in Canberra if you can’t make the most of the cold weather?) Canberra Centre has unveiled The Ski Lodge.
A hub for seasonal celebrations, The Ski Lodge is located opposite R.M. Williams and will feature a complementary mulled wine pop-up bar on Friday evenings, free children’s craft workshops and weekend pop-up bars (are you sensing a theme here?) to give all visitors a little dose of festive goodness to warm up their winter.
To host these festivities, a sweet European-style ski lodge has popped up in-centre—complete with sparkling alpine trees, seating and oodles of cute backdrops to give your Instagram snaps a sprinkle of seasonal magic.

From 5–7 pm on Friday 14 July you can warm up from the inside at the Mulled Wine Pop Up Bar to bring in the weekend in style and across the weekends of 15 and 16 July, pop by from 12–3 pm for a glass of bubbles—no bookings required.
The Ski Lodge will also be home to a full calendar of school holiday workshops to keep little ones entertained across the winter break.

These include highlights like Winter Cookie Decorating for aspiring bakers and Mini Snow Glitter Globes, Layered Snowflake Ornament Making, DIY 3D Winter Snowflake Decorating and Winter Scarf Making for craft lovers, and will take place across a variety of sessions. See the full schedule below to make sure you don’t miss out.

Did someone say winter crafternoon with the kids?
