There’s no need to trek north of Lake Burley Griffin to get your fitness fix.
We’re lucky to have incredible gyms, studios and clubs nestled in just about every pocket of Canberra—including your suburb. That’s exactly why we’ve created our ACTIVE Neighbourhood series: to help you find the hidden fitness gems in your corner of the city.
Queanbeyan and Fyshwick, it’s your turn to get ACTIVE.

PB Fit Training
PB Fit was created to provide a space for women that allows them to push themselves in their strength and performance, but removes the intimidation factor. It’s a private, female-only strength gym that focuses on empowering women. Join the PB Fit System for all inclusive, semi-private training with multiple sessions per week, for less than the cost of a standard one-on-one personal training session.
There’s a strong educational component, where you’ll learn about training, nutrition and mindset in year-round sessions with a range of professionals, from dietitians to financial planners. More than just a strong body, you’ll be equipped with a mental strength that you can take with you through everyday life.
