Pick your favourite park or chill spot and have a picnic! A personal favourite is John Knight Memorial Park, because who doesn’t like a water view?

The Arboretum
Another office favourite is to take a walk at the Arboretum. Head out either during the day or close to dusk to get that perfect sunset!

Is nature your way to destress? They why not take a stroll through the Botanical gardens and discover new plant species while soaking up Vitamin D!

Maybe art and culture are your ways to turn the brain off. Why not catch a free exhibition at the National Art Gallery – Nan Goldin is on until January 28, 2024!
