FAREWELLS
Muk Bar closes
After 10 years of feeding the community as Vincent and just under a year operating as Muk Bar, this Canberra institution has closed.
Announcing the shock closure on Instagram, owner Hanna Kim wrote: “This has never been just a restaurant to us. It’s been a place filled with your stories – celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and even proposals. We are truly grateful to have shared those moments with you. Thank you for being part of our journey. Your support over the years has meant everything.”
The Canberra Times reports that the space is being transformed into a fine dining Nepalese restaurant.
