At-home workplace workout: Friday

How did you go in week three of our workplace workouts?
It’s nearly Saturday!! Allow your body have a little reset this weekend – pop that computer away.
Next week we are going to step it up with the workplace workouts and start adding equipment (dumbbells, medicine balls and bands). If you feel like you need to add more exercise into your daily routine, these next workplace workouts are perfect for you:
- Simple and effective.
- Four exercises.
- Five days a week.
This week, we had a simple structure for our workplace workouts:
Monday: Thoracic (tick!)
Tuesday: Neck (tick!)
Wednesday: Shoulders (tick!)
Thursday: Back (tick!)
Friday: Core (today!)
Ok. Here’s today’s core workout—focussing on strength, stability and mobility.
Core Workout
1) Tabletop crunch
2) Side plank and twist
3) Seated trunk rotation & Glute Stretch
4) Hip Flexor Stretch
