Kirra trademarked Hydrolates in 2020 (Aquatic Pilates), and the concept is exclusive to Capital Hydrotherapy. She is also the founder of Animalates (Pilates for kids) which is a children's movement program now based in London. Kirra was a sub three hour marathon runner and dabbled in long distance triathlon professionally.
