Sure to chill and fulfill you, The Rocky Horror Show’s 50th anniversary tour is coming to Canberra—and pre-sale tickets are available from today.
It’s a legendary (and bonkers) musical and cult classic film that’s held the imagination and hearts of fans since 1973 and after touring the nation, the Rocky Horror Picture Show is bringing the Time Warp to the Canberra Theatre Centre for a limited season starting from Friday 29 September.
Giving you the chance the follow sweethearts Brad and Janet on an adventure they’ll (and you’ll) never forget, the best part is ticket pre-sales begin today from 10 am, with general tickets then released to the public from 9 am, Friday 31 March (that’s right—this Friday).
Starring three-time Olivier Award winner David Bedella (Jerry Springer: The Opera, In The Heights and & Juliet in the West End) as Frank N Furter, Stellar Perry (X Factor & The Voice) Magenta as well as a new wave of theatre stars in the making (including Ellis Dolan as Eddie/Dr Scott, Darcey Eagle as Columbia, Ethan Jones as Brad, Deirdre Khoo as Janet, Loredo Malcolm as Rocky and Henry Rollo as Riff Raff) you can expect all of the timeless classics that turned Rocky Horror into a cult favourite.
Get ready to sharpen your stilettos and scream “Damn it, Janet!”— whether it’s your first time seeing the show or the twenty-first time, or whether you dress up or not, it promises to be a party full of fun, frolics, frocks, and frivolity.
