Art for Wellbeing
Through this monthly program, the National Gallery invites you to participate in creative experiences with works of art to enhance wellbeing and mental health. Each session is facilitated by National Gallery Artist Educators, with the support of a health professional.
The program combines discussion, artmaking and a simple word exercise with a poetic outcome, in response to three works of art. Participants join small groups to enable conversation and collaboration.
Please contact via phone or email if you require any further information or assistance.
Art for Wellbeing is made possible by the National Gallery’s Access Partner, the Lansdowne Foundation.
