ButterBoy is back, baby – and this time they have Christmas cookies

Christmas has come early with the announcement that cult-favourite cookie brand ButterBoy is once again popping up in Canberra.
And this time, they’re here for one delicious week.
Following the success of the hugely popular Redbrick Coffee and ButterBoy collaboration in August, they’ll once again be taking over the Fyshwick roastery, baking fresh cookies on-site from Tuesday 9 until Wednesday 17 December.
But this time, they’re bringing a taste of Christmas with them with two limited-edition flavours: Matcha White Choc and Gingerbread White Choc.
You read that right. And you can bet that Santa wouldn’t be able to say no to these cookies.

Founded in 2019 by James Sideris, ButterBoy quickly became a standout in Sydney’s dessert scene, starting in Manly and growing into a cult-followed brand.
It’s become one of Sydney’s most talked-about dessert destinations – known for its signature chunky cookies, viral creations, and limited-edition drops, the brand has built a devoted following of sweet-toothed fans across the country.

But that’s not the end of the festive fun. To go along with the cookies, Redbrick will be serving a lineup of special-release drinks that will be available only during the pop-up.
Think: Mont Blanc with Gingerbread Cold Foam, Cranberry Tonic Matcha, Cranberry Soda and Vacation Coffee (a combination of batch and cold brew). We’ll take one of each, please and thank you.
