Chin Chin coming to Canberra (for three nights only)!
Posted on
We’ve been hearing whispers for a little while that Chin Chin is coming to Canberra, and now the news has been confirmed.
But, before you get too excited, it’s not putting down permanent roots. The three-nights-only pop-up (increased from two after the first events sold out in just a couple of hours) will take place at Lucas Restaurants’ soon-to-open Canberra venue Carlotta – giving locals a chance to experience Chin Chin cuisine while getting one of the first looks at the brand spanking new space.
The events will be launching Chin Chin’s anticipated new cookbook, ‘Still Hungry’, as part of an Aussie tour and calendar of special events hosted by Executive Chef Benjamin Cooper.
As part of this itinerary, the team is set to take over Carlotta for a series of dinner parties from 10 to 12 November. Guests will enjoy an exclusive menu of dishes from the ‘Still Hungry’ cookbook, with Cooper also hosting a live Q&A chatting about this exciting new project.
‘I’m so excited to finally bring a taste of Chin Chin to Canberra and I can’t wait to celebrate our new cookbook with all of our ACT fans’, says Cooper.
There will be three dinner party events on Sunday 10 November, Monday 11 November and now Tuesday 12 November.
Book your spot here:
6.30-9.30 pm on Monday 11 November
6.30-9.30 pm on Tuesday 12 November
Tickets start from $245 for two guests, and include one signed copy of the ‘Still hungry’ cookbook per reservation.
