The Campbell 5 precinct is coming to life and this delish twist on a classic B&E is probably why. With Pialligo Estate smoked bacon, local Long Paddock eggs, kewpie mayo and Swiss Cheese, this is the perfect grab-and-go brunch.

Waffles at Forrest Speciality Coffee

Did someone say waffles…with chocolate Anglaise, caramelised banana and caramel popcorn? Run, don’t walk to the newly opened Forrest Specialty Coffee at Westfield Belconnen.

The Kingston Foreshore’s newest brunch destination, Dockside serves ONA coffee with a side of breakfast innovation.

Probably won’t explain this one any further given it’s written right there, but we can just say—genuis!

Candied pecans and fresh fruit make this winter classic a winner. Did we mention the homemade cherry compote?
