Calling all food fanatics! Enlighten is back and you don’t want to miss all the sweet and savoury treats they’ll have on offer.
Returning from Friday 28 February until Monday 10 March, make sure you check out all the amazing flavours in the food hub. They even have glowing desserts!
Blacklight Dessert Lab
One of the most anticipated destinations for those with a sweet tooth, (and a love of an Instagram-worthy dish) is making its way to Enlighten. Blacklight Desserts Lab (pictured) will be a glowing sensation amongst the surrounding lights, with neon doughnuts, glowing fairy floss and even a soft serve with vibrant, glowing swirls.
Combining creativity, colour and flavour to turn classic street food into art, you will want to ensure you grab a taste of these illuminated treats before they sell out.

StoopBros will be returning this year with a favourite – the famous stoop waffles, filled with hot caramel and topped with toppings of your choice. This will make for a flavoursome special treat. And yes, it tastes as good as it looks.
Hoy Pinoy
If you’re after the smokey and fiery taste of BBQ, then Hoy Pinoy is where you need to go. Specialising in Filipino BBQ, street food and charcoal, these smokey meat skewers will leave you wanting more.

The monkey’s out of the bag. Grease Monkey will be hitting Enlighten with all your familiar faves! Serving a slightly smaller menu, make sure you cue up fast to grab a greasy favourite.

Tacontento
Tacontento is your one-stop shop for authentic and irresistible Taquitos Dorados. This taste of Mexico with a crispy touch is a must-try for taco and quesadilla fans.

This familiar fave will be open from 5 pm until 11 pm during the festival and is located in the Festival Hub. Make sure you grab a table and indulge in the vibes!
Bar Berra
If wine and specialty spirits are your thing, make sure you head to Bar Berra to grab a glass of some of the best of Canberra.
Open between 5 pm and 11 pm, treat yourself to a glass once you’ve indulged in the food, and soaked up the atmosphere and live music.
