Already dreaming of all the decadent desserts you’re going to consume this Easter? Well, look no further—the iconic Gelato Messina Easter eggs are back.
Egg-cellent news for chocolate and ice-cream lovers alike, the news comes with the official announcement of their Easter 2023 offerings, and all we can say is it sounds like everything our sweet dreams are made of.
Because between the Ménage Egg Trois (three gelato-filled eggs that feed six to ten people…supposedly) and the Eggomaniac giant chocolate egg (a Messina milk chocolate egg filled with six rocher balls), your tastebuds will be hopping from happiness.
With orders opening for the Braddon and Kingston stores from 9am on Monday 20 March, get in quick because with the chance to buy the the Ménage Egg Trois for $95 or the gelato free option (hello 65-percent dark chocolate and salted peanut rocher balls) for $70, it feels almost rude not to treat yourself.
Because honestly, the hardest part? Choosing what flavour you’re going to try first in your Ménage Egg Trois—the custard and shortbread gelato with strawberry jam yolk, enrobed in a strawberry white chocolate dip, the vanilla and coconut gelato with mango sorbet, mango gel yolk and baked cheesecake, or the milk chocolate gelato featuring peanut fudge, chocolate brownies and peanut butter caramel, enrobed in apretzel and milk chocolate dip.
Yum.
After all, isn’t Easter all about being a tad egg-travent with tasty treats?
