In this new series, we hit the streets to suss out the style of local Canberrans…
Mimi, 21, Macquarie. Wearing: Op shop. “My number one style must-have this season is a good pair of platform boots – I love the 1970s style. If I had one word to describe my style, it would be ‘eclectic’.”
Ana, 24, Garran. Wearing: ASOS top, Landspeed jacket and Michael Kors pants. “I’m a big online shopper – I’m a bit of an addict actually, it’s become a running joke between my friends and the post office now. I love the RealReal.com, Saba and Landspeed. This season, my must-haves are anything high-waisted and a bit of fur. I like to think of my style as quite quirky.”
Sam, 40, Dickson. Wearing: Jacqui E suit and Coach Bag. “I love a nice pair of leather boots, and I like to wear a lot of black. My go-to store in Canberra is David Lawrence – they’ve got such classic pieces.”
