When you want an EASI delivery service

Posted on

EASI is now operating in Canberra and it means that if you want it (whatever that is—food, flowers, documents) they’ll deliver.

Seen anyone lately looking heroic in the colour yellow? And by heroic we mean delivering urgent documents in the middle of the night, delivering last-minute grocery items to someone in need, or dropping off take-away to someone with serious hunger pangs…

Those yellow-uniformed heroes are EASI delivery men and women, providing a valuable new service to Canberra for anyone needing a fast and reliable delivery service.

Since its establishment in 2014, EASI has become one of the most popular food delivery apps in Australia—delivering gourmet food from more than 20,000 restaurants to over one million users across the country.

It has expanded internationally, and earlier this year opened a new level of convenience to the Canberra market.

But while there are plenty of food delivery services already on the market in Canberra, EASI takes things to a new level.

Jack Wang, EASI’s Canberra Area Manager, attributed the company’s fast rise in popularity to a number of factors—namely the range of items that can be delivered including meals, fresh food, groceries, flowers and courier delivery services, and the provision of an intuitive and accessible user-interface systems.

On top of these features, EASI offers delivery within a 50km radius, ensuring users can order food from wherever they please, competitive prices, free delivery deals, delivery until 1 am and 15 per cent off pick-up orders.

Want documents signed and couriered reliably from one spot to another? Easy.

Want groceries picked up and brought to your door? Done.

Need some flowers delivered? No problem.

And if your taste-buds need an urgent sensation of favourite local eateries such as Dumpling House, Crust, Gami Chicken or Coffee Guru, then EASI can be your new go-to app.

“The game changer for EASI is that it delivers when and where others cannot. The 50km radius of delivery allows users to order anything from anywhere and get it delivered to their door. We also offer late-night delivery until 1 am which means that if you need a late-night snack we can deliver that to you anywhere,” said Jack.

“The pick-up option means that users don’t have to pick up the phone and order, they can scroll through the menu, pick what they want, order it off EASI and pick it up on their way home—at a cheaper price as well, which I think is a great option that we offer,” he said.

On-Demand delivery is also a service that EASI offers which is completely different to what its competitors offer.

“If you need someone to deliver keys or an important document, EASI can do that within an hour. We are also cheaper than most other [courier] services that would provide the same service.”

Jack also said EASI strived to be as customer-focused as possible.

“All EASI drivers go through the appropriate checks to make sure they are the right people for EASI. They are all trained and have a uniform which makes them look more professional and identifiable. We think this is really important from a safety perspective because you can identify your EASI driver in their uniform and know that they are the right person to approach.”
