You read that right— DC Fit is inviting you to join them in their very first Open Week.  A week of FREE dance and fitness classes.

And with 20+ classes, ranging from Beginner right through to Advanced and many styles to choose from, including (Hip Hop, Ballet, Burlesque, Heels, Bounce, Barre body, Sass Jazz, and + more). Trust us when we say there is truly something for everyone!

Okay, okay hear us out—we know that when you first hear the words ‘dance’ or ‘fitness’ your brain immediately disconnects from the idea, but we challenge you to think: ‘Why not?’ Why not explore a different way to move your body and feel seriously good doing so?

Located in Phillip, DC Fit aims to create a space where adults can feel confident, comfortable, and supported in trying new things. Basically, it’s a fun and inclusive space to be your best self whilst moving at a pace that suits your dance and fitness experiences. The only expectation is that you will be open to some booty twerking, lots of giggles, sweat, and some serious boss energy!
