Gahhh—three weeks of lockdown is complete!

Continuing with some level of exercise while in lockdown is both important for your strength and mobility as well as your mental health.

If you feel like you need to add more exercise into your daily routine, these workplace workouts are perfect for you.

Each day throughout lockdown, we are encouraging you to get up and move, and do the workplace workout routine: four exercises, five days a week.

We have a simple structure for the workplace workouts:

Monday: Thoracic (tick!)

Tuesday: Neck (tick!)

Wednesday: Shoulders (tick!)

Thursday: Back (today!)

Friday: Core

2) “T” raise

3) Childs pose to cobra

4) Spine rotation–single leg supine.
