With a background in psychology and experience supporting people in community services roles, Jaida is a passionate advocate for survivors of family and sexual violence. She was excited when an opportunity came up at Friends of Femili PNG for a Fundraising and Communications Officer – knowing it would combine her interests in storytelling with her feminist values. Based in Australia, her work at FFPNG focuses on supporting Femili PNG’s services for survivors of FSV in Papua New Guinea. On a typical day, you can find her organising events to raise funds for Femili PNG, and sipping some of their delicious coffee.
