Char-grilled Flank steak, ‘bo kho’ style gravy, thai basil and bean shoots. It may look like a simple dish but a lot of love goes into it – the beef is marinated in bò kho spices (turmeric, anise, coriander seed, five spice & ginger and a few secret others) and cooked sous vide for 12 hours overnight. The traditional bò kho gravy gets equal affection.

Perfect cooler-weather fare.
