Our favourite drink has been taken to a whole new level—and with all the warm weather lately, we’re definitely not complaining.

Say hello to the Coffee Spritz. Bloom Coffee in Woden is taking your usual order to the next level by mixing coffee and tonic water. It’s bubbly and cold, just the way we like it.

Unlike its name, the iced coffees at this café are anything but the usual. Choose their cold brew and add house caramel and a splash of milk for the Caramelo Brew or order a Sparkle Brew for a refreshing twist of cold brew, sparkling water and lemon. Of course if all else fails they also have Vietnamese Iced Coffee…yum!

If you’re looking to shake up your coffee order, you need to add the Shakerata from Deakin & Me to the list. Think double espresso, milk, vanilla syrup, ice cream all blended, perfect for a hot day. Oh, and they have Espresso Martini’s pouring from 7:30 am…that counts as an iced coffee, right?

The perfect place for caffeine addicts, RYE has four—that’s right, FOUR—unique iced coffee options. Think a Gunfire coffee (long black with a shot of Bundaberg rum), an affogato (with and without Disaronno), cold brew with citrus (pictured) and a coffee milkshake!

Eighty/Twenty

Say it with me: a coffee and cacao smoothie?! Yes please! Made with double espresso, dates, cacao, banana, chia seeds, coconut nectar and almond milk it’s a healthy, boujee twist on your normal coffee order.

Patissez

All good iced coffee have ice-cream, but the Zero Espresso at Patissez does one better: it has whipped vanilla bean or coconut gelato. With filtered shaved ice, double shot espresso and milk of your choice, it’s no wonder it’s a crowd favourite.

Underground caramel vodka, fresh espresso, Brookies macadamia liquor and kahlua…we don’t need a reason to justify this one.
