I must admit I usually walk straight past Sussan assuming that it has nothing to offer me, that is until the day I spotted a fabulously bright scarf and it lured me in. It was the accessories that grabbed me initially but the colourful and classic laid-back pieces have me checking in more regularly.

Sussan caters for sizes 8 to 16. With most items having a looser fit it is best to try items on as you may require a smaller size.

In terms of shape the majority are relaxed in style although there are some fitted options available when it comes to pants and skirts.

Accessories range from $9.95 to $69.95.

Garments range from $29.95 to $299.95, although most items retail for less than $100.

What do I love?    

I am in love with the affordable accessories! Sussan’s Accessory Designer – Jo Staszowski (previously the accessory designer for Country Road) has injected new life into the range with fabulous bags, scarves and jewellery.

I also appreciate the classic shapes that are flattering for all body shapes and will see you through not only this season but at least the next two or three.

What’s not so great

Sussan is not exactly fashion forward or trend setting – but that’s ok. It has enough affordable and interesting pieces to form the basis of a great casual to smart casual wardrobe.

Delivery    

Yes, you can buy online which is great if you already know your sizing. It also means that you can purchase key looks as soon as they are available, as I have noticed that they sell out really quickly.

Delivery is within 5 – 7 working days and free for orders over $150.00. A flat fee of $10 is charged for orders under $150.00.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days.
