Dear Body Nest Experience with Mindfulness Teacher Charlotte Thaarup
The Dear Body Nest Experience will be all about loving the body you are in.
birdsnest has always been a wonderfully inclusive fashion brand, and are all about embracing and loving the body you are in. This session with Mindfulness Teacher Charlotte Thaarup will take you on a journey of discovery about yourself, your eating habits and the relationship you have with your body.
Included are delicious snacks and lunch and a two-hour private group styling and shopping session in their Nest Lounge at the end of the day.
It’s coming up fast, running from 9 am to 4 pm on Thursday 23 February.

The gorgeous Nest Lounge.
With 80% of women out there wearing the wrong bra size, is it time you had your bra fitted? This session is all about discovering the right underwear for your outfits, so that you can feel comfortable and confident every day.
It includes a professional bra fitting by birdsnest’s qualified wingbirds who will nurture you through the process of finding your perfect fit and style, all in a safe and supportive environment. Did we mention sweet treats and a glass of bubbles?

Get your wardrobe sorted with birdsnest’s Autumn fashion parade.
Just in time for the cooler weather, this fashion experience includes a tour of Nest HQ, a fashion parade of all the latest autumn arrivals, nibbles, bubbles, a goodie bag, and plenty of shopping and laughs!
