As always, the Multi Culti will be serving up a side of serious musical talent to go with your food.
We’re talking performances by Vanessa Amorosi (Stage 1 from 7.30 pm on Friday 21 February) and multiple performances by LIV LI (aka Amber Nichol who was a finalist on The Voice Australia).
And if you’re a purist who wants food, food and more food, former MasterChef winner Adam Liaw will be dishing up (sorry) culinary skills on Sunday 23 February at 11 am and 1.30 pm at Stage 4.
