First Look: Reverie, Australia’s first self-guided, 24/7 wellness space

For most of us, wellness becomes the thing we squeeze in around everything else – if we manage to fit it in at all. But what if there was a space designed entirely around your schedule, your needs, and your way of unwinding?

A place where you could access premium wellness technology without the wait times, the small talk, or the pressure to fit into someone else’s business hours?

That’s exactly what local hair and beauty industry veterans Lexi Bannister and Cassandra Smith have created with Reverie, Australia’s first self-guided, 24/7 wellness space – and it’s right here in Campbell.

Offering premium, private-use suites for therapies that were once only available in luxury clinics or specialist settings, the idea for Reverie was born after Lexi and Cassandra realised there was a need for a self-care space that doesn’t require planning weeks in advance or compromising on quality.

The concept was simple: a space designed to meet you where you are, whenever you need it, especially when life is full and busy. The meaning of Reverie – to be lost in thought, a daydream – is echoed in the space.

“Reverie was built out of that exact need – a desire for deep rest, great technology and a calm, self-guided reset that fits into real life,” says Cassandra.

“Most wellness options are operated within standard hours, which doesn’t reflect how people live, work or recover anymore… Whether you’re a shift worker, a parent, a business owner, or simply someone with a full life, Reverie offers a way to access real care without waiting, rushing, or reshuffling everything else.”

Empowering people to take control of their own health and wellness in a way that works for them, Reverie offers a range of services, including infrared sauna, red light therapy, dry float, contrast therapy, and LED light therapy.

There’s even an automated spray tan booth – which promises a private and contactless experience – and the centre will also periodically host leading wellness, health and beauty practitioners to offer their services in a space that supports calm, flexible, client-first care.

But unlike other wellness centres, all bookings for Reverie are made through the app, and the centre is accessed via Bluetooth, which means no reception desk, no waiting room, and no pressure to make small talk.

“To us, wellness is about permission – the freedom to choose when and how you rest, move or reset, in a way that works for you. It’s not about chasing a perfect routine,” explains Lexi.

“It’s about knowing what your body needs and having access to the kind of technology and treatments that actually make a difference.”

At Reverie the lights are soft, the pace is slow, the space is designed to feel seamless and intuitive, and the whole experience is built around your comfort and autonomy.

Along with standalone treatments, memberships are available for those who are ready to commit to their own reverie while maximising their savings. And for those who are interested but unsure if the space will work for them, they also host Reverie Walkthroughs regularly so you can explore the technology and get a feel for how everything works.

Whether you want a full body dry float at sunrise, or a contactless, fully automated spray tan at midnight, Reverie is a space where you can press pause, return to yourself, and experience wellness your way.

Name something more restorative than that?
