That we know of, at least.

It’s been a massive year in Canberra’s hospitality scene. From some heartbreaking closures to some big openings, it feels like so much has happened that it’s hard to keep track. So, we’ve compiled a list to help you uncover or rediscover your favourite 2024 opening.

And with over 135 (and counting) new cafés, restaurants, and bars opening their doors in 2024, all we can say is the city’s culinary spirit has evolved into one of the best in Australia (if we do say so ourselves).

Sorted in alphabetical order, how many have you crossed off your list?

Just make sure to keep an eye on their holiday opening hours!

Aby Coffee House (Ginninderry)
